Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date. To qualify:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Original security seals intact
• Provide order number and defect photos

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless due to our error.

Report within 72 hours of delivery with:

• 3 clear photos (different angles)
• Package damage documentation
• Shipping label copy

We'll provide prepaid return label and expedited replacement

• Original payment method: 5-10 business days
• Store credit: Instant issuance + 10% bonus

• Custom engraved products
• Clearance/discounted items
• Opened protective packaging

Important considerations:

• Mark return packages as 'Returned Goods' with RMA number
• Original commercial invoice must accompany return
• Duty recovery claims are the customer's responsibility

We recommend:

• Use tracked shipping service
• Insure package for full value
• Retain customs documentation
