Customs Clearance
All shipments are declared as 'Commercial Samples' under DDP terms. Recipients may still need to pay:
- Local sales tax (based on destination)
- Customs inspection fees (if applicable)
- Duties for declarations over $800 USD
Shipping Costs
Our transparent shipping rates:
- Base shipping fee: $6.98 USD for all orders
- FREE shipping on orders over 80 USD
- Large custom pieces (>5kg): Additional $15 handling fee
Note: Shipping fees are calculated before any discounts or promotions. Free shipping applies automatically during checkout for qualifying orders.
